Elior Dahan

My name is Elior Dahan and I’m a teacher and Shaliach at Hillel Community Day School.

My wife Reut and I came from Israel to teach and bring a lot of Israeli spirit to HCDS. Our mission is to make the children connected to Israel and proud to be Jewish, knowing their history and being part of that.

In Israel, I worked as a parliamentary advisor for 5 years and 3 years as a policy and strategy manager at the Ministry of National Security. I have a first law degree and a second in M.B.A.

I love the students and the school and believe in our mission to make the school the best in our area. As a coordinator of Jewish events, I try to do my best to bring the Israeli spirit, The Ruach, to the children, and make them happy in school. Every holiday or event becomes a happy day to learn and celebrate together.

When I’m not in school, I like to play tennis, hike, listen to podcasts, hang out with friends, and what I really like is to read books.
